Francis Marie Jones serves as Pastor of Higher Praise Christian Fellowship Ministry, in La Mesa, California. She also operates in the office of Prophetess and is a mighty intercessor in the Kingdom of God. Pastor Jones is the lovely bride of thirty-three years to Apostle Donald L Jones Jr., who is the head Shepherd of Higher Praise Christian Fellowship. Pastor Jones is also a wonderful mother of five, as well as the grandmother of seven grandchildren.

Jones is not only Pastor over Higher Praise Christian Fellowship, she is also the Founder and leader of the women's ministry, W.O.W., short for Women Of The Word. Women Of The Word is a ministry where women are poured into, refreshed, cultivated, and affirmed in their value, purpose, and worth in the Kingdom of God. In addition to that, it is also a space where women are sharpened in their knowledge and understanding of the Word of God, as well as challenged to dive deeper into the things of God, as well as in their relationship with Him.

Outside of her direct service in the Church, Pastor Jones is a flourishing entrepreneur! She is the founder of the successful, stylish, Christian clothing line, Lady J Apparels. Though Lady J Apparels may not be directly tied to the work performed by Pastor Jones within the church setting, it is nonetheless inspired by her passion and zeal to reach people with the Word of God, as well as to motivate them to pursue the things of God, which is present in the slogan on every shirt. Pastor Jones' clothing line is just another way in which she ministers to people, by creatively reminding them and letting them know that in the eyes of God, their value is non-negotiable.

Although highly anointed and gifted by God in multiple capacities, Pastor Jones has a genuine, humble heart, and is a yielded servant above all else. Her compassion and love for people is great, and is evident in the work she does feeding the less fortunate and performing outreach ministry, which is where her heart and passion lay. Pastor Jones works diligently, doing her part to ensure that as many people as possible know of and experience the love of God. She is committed to the great commission, and is about her Father's business, which is to feed His sheep well, and to win as many souls to Christ as possible!
